Name: Cláudio Pastro, born in São Paulo, 1948, is a Brazilian plastic artist.
Background: Since 1975, he dedicates himself to Sacred Art. Cláudio has taken courses at the following places:

  • Abbaye Notre Dame of Tournay, France (art theory and techniques)

  • Museo de Arte Sacra of Catalunya, Spain

  • Academia de Bellas Artes Lorenzo of Viterbo, Italy

  • Abadía Benedictina of Tepeyac, Mexico

  • Liceu de Artes e Ofícios of São Paulo, Brazil.
Mr. Pastro has also done paintings, stained glass windows, tiles, altars, crosses, sacred vases, sculptures, baptisteries, chapels, churches, monasteries, cathedrals, in Brazil, Argentina, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Portugal.

In addition, Cláudio has illustrated the following books, among others:
